- Once deal is accepted process and distribute all necessary documents to parties
- Coordinate all inspections, offer referrals I have great experience with in the past
- Review inspection results for negotiations
- Follow up with attorney, lender and all parties continually throughout until closing
- Negotiate any unsatisfactory appraisals.
- Final walk-thru with buyer to confirm all repairs are complete as negotiated and acceptable condition to close
